Understand your rights and responsibilities when purchasing from HTech Bikes. Our policies provide clear guidelines on shipping, returns, refunds, payments, and more. We are committed to transparency and fairness in all our practices.

Order Confirmation and Status
Customers will receive an order confirmation email upon placing their order. This email will serve as a receipt and will include details of the purchase, order number, and other relevant information. Customers will also receive status updates via email as their order progresses through the various stages of production and shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the email address provided at the time of order is accurate and current. HTech Bikes will not be held responsible for any missed communications due to an incorrect or outdated email address.

Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including but not limited to, Stripe and bank transfer. Payments may be made in full or in part at the time of placing an order. The total value of the order, including any customisations, will determine the payment schedule. As a general guideline, most orders can be divided into two payments: 50% upon order confirmation and the remaining balance, including shipping costs, once the bike is complete and ready for shipment.
Customer orders placed directly via this website and paid for at the time of checkout via card, Apple or Google pay, can only be paid in full at this time. Please use the bank transfer payment option at checkout to arrange your preferred payment schedule whether using card or bank transfer.

Shipping and Delivery
All orders will be shipped as soon as possible after the completion of the bike and receipt of final payments. Shipping times will vary depending on the customer's location and the availability of couriers. Customers located in Australia and New Zealand should allow approximately 1-2 weeks for delivery. For international customers, shipping times may vary based on the destination country and customs procedures. If customers have any special shipping instructions, they are required to inform us prior to the shipment of their order. The customer is responsible for all additional services, fees, and charges that are not covered under the standard freight charge. HTech Bikes will not be liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures.

Returns and Exchanges
As each HTech Bike is built to order for each customer, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted except in cases of warranty claims. Customers are encouraged to review our warranty policy for more information. Change of mind returns are strictly not accepted. In the event of an approved return, all shipping and freight costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Customers with questions or concerns are advised to contact us, and we will strive to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible to ensure that customers can get back to riding their bike as soon as possible.

Refunds
Under Australian Consumer Law, change of mind refunds are not provided. Refunds will only be processed in cases where they have been agreed upon by HTech Bikes in writing. Once a refund has been approved, it will be processed as soon as possible. Please note that bank processing times may apply, and HTech Bikes cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by banking institutions.
